F-1 Student Visa

The United States has some of the best schools and universities in the world and gaining entrance into one can set a person to a life time of success. If you have been accepted into a US program of study and you are able to demonstrate that you have funds available to pay for the course of study and your living expenses they may be issued an F-1 Student visa to study in the United States.

While most US educational institutions will provide foreign nationals with information on how to obtain a US student visa once they have been accepted into a degree course, if you have been accepted into a US course of study and require advice on how to obtain a US student visa, please contact the Law Office of Janice Flynn. We are unable to provide advice on how to obtain a placement at a US university.

If you have not been accepted to a US course of study yet, please do not contact our office and make your inquiries directly to the US educational institutions with which you would like to study.
